July 2607 update:
From now on, whenever there is a new tune posted, I will have the Song # cell highlighted in bright yellow.  This will hopefully help to let you know that it's a newly uploaded song.    (On that note - I have 10 more songs coming for the total archive, of 96 saved, composed songs. )

I've written in many genres over the years which you'll find songs within here, including: Progressive Rock; Industrial; Progressive Industrial; Punk; Pop; Ambient as well as mixtures of influences from many other genres of music.

The S.A.Q. is my 3rd Noise tune with the D.A.M.I.A.N. machine and my 2nd Noise tune with the D.A.M.I.A.N.  P.R.O.B.E. (Pulsating Ravaging Orb Blasting Earthlings) Joystick Controller.
This is one of my quieter noise tracks with minor amounts of chaos, here and there.
Smile  Until the very end as is my trademark with Noise tracks, where things pick up for a final kickoff!  WinkSmile
The Quadraxii Joystick Controller is still in development, currently at it's 2nd version, with a single handed dual joystick controller.  In this tune, 3 of it's axii were used for controlling the pitch of 3 Voltage Controlled Oscillators while another was used for controlling the Cutoff Frequency of 1 of the 2 Low Pass Filters that were used.  2 of the other axii each controlled the output levels of their own Low Frequency Oscillators, that were used for controlling the pitch of the 2 of the VCOs.
The Pitch Shift and both Delays in the 2020 Player, the delay settings on the M300 and the delay time on the Kaos Pad, were all controlled live as well.
Oh yeah!
Smile  Whilst I think of it - a live video of the recording, is available upon request!  Wink  (Lawrd only knows how BIG it'll be.  It was shot at 30fps / 720x480). LaughLaugh

The Collected Origins of Life - Parts 1, 2 and 3

Progressive Rock; Ambient and Progressive Industrial
(with narrated story for the first 20 of it's 51 minutes length.)

The original recordings were done on the Atari 520 ST in 1986; loaded into Cakewalk DOS V4.00 in 1989 and finally converted to work in Reason V1.00, 2.00, 2.50 and finally V3.03 in 2004.
This is the latest installment of the 'rock opera' - Journey To The City, that I started writing in 1978 - inspired by FM's album "Black Noise" which I took as a 'concept album'. The narrated story (first 20 minutes) tells of the formation of the Universe and it's 5 Gawds. 47939kB

Lyrics
Progressive Industrial - vocals
(The tune was heavily influenced by Ministry's tune 'Breathe'.)
Written in 2001 using 2 x Ensoniq SQ80's; Emu ESi-32; Kawai XD5, K5000r; 6 string electric guitar; bass guitar and effects. Watching a TV news show, on came a report about 2 teenages who'd both received a 'slap on the wrist' for torturing and / or killing 22 cats!! I immediatey went into a mental RAGE for what these 2 shitheads received for punishment! Lyrics started pouring into my head immediately. Writing them down and moving down to the studio, picking up a bass guitar, the tune was written almost immediately. 3731kB 2001

Progressive Industrial - (Vocal sequel to speech sample instrumental: Mother) Written in 1998 using 2 x Ensoniq SQ80's, Emu ESi-32; Kawai XD5 drum synth, K5000r Additive Synthesis synth and effects, As I were becoming more and more pissed off with the commercial world and it's destruction to Mother Eart, I decided once again to take pen to paper and verbalize my feelings. Sad The music quickly followed. 10718kB 1998

Bert & Ernie; 2 x Ensoniq SQ80's, EPS; Kawai XD5; Roland CSQ-600 sequencer running an Oberheim OB-1 (bassline) I hadn't done a live improvisational tune for quite some time. I set up a few sequences in my Ensoniq EPS sampler / sequence player as well as a few basslines in my Roland CSQ-600 Control Voltage sequencer. This is the only tune that I have recorded on which the rare Oberheim OB-1 appears. (Only 250 of them were manufactured. A friend of mine in Winnipeg currently owns it, with it's dead power supply.) With live control of the sequence's orders, I played melodies and solos along with them. 9108kB 1998

65 Generic Love Song

(Vocals missing)
Contemporary rock Roland Jupiter 6, JX-10; Ensoniq EPS sampler; Kawai K1m synth; Alesis HR-16 drum machine, MIDIverb At the time that I wrote this tune, I was tired of hearing the love songs that everyone was putting out, usually finding them to be similar to a Harlequin Romance novel or something of that type. Tongue sticking out
The lyrics I wrote spoke of a chap 'looking for love'. In finding none, off he went to a robot-lover shop, buying the cheapest model he could.
To cut the story short - to his lament, when he awoke the following morning, the robot had passed away, due to rust.

I don't have the vocal version, though I may redo it later.

Industrial Roland Jupiter 6, JX-10; Ensoniq EPS sampler; Kawai K1m synth; Alesis HR-16 drum machine, MIDIverb Having seen way too many Tele-vangelists on the TV for many years, I finally decided to vent my hostilities in a tune.  This deep and tearing rant rips into those bastards who continually preyed on the gullible within our TV societies. 5605kB 0488

68 49 Progressive Rock Roland Jupiter 6, JX-10; Ensoniq EPS sampler; Kawai K1m synth; Alesis HR-16 drum machine, MIDIverb This was my very first tune that I recall writing, with more than 1 time signature.  The Intro and verses in it are in the 4/4 Time Signature (a count of 1, 2, 3, 4 - as per normal) and the Chorus is in 9/4 (a count of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)
Over the years since, I've enjoy kreating tunes entirely in another Time Signature or were mixtures of different ones.

In this tune, I used it for the drum sounds and bassline.  A wonderful machine capable of 4 mono sounds at once!
